Robert is an AI governance and adoption leader with over 16 years of experience in healthcare IT. He has worked both sides of the industry, as an Epic consultant and inside healthcare organizations, and advises AI companies bringing their tools into clinical and operational settings. At Cactus, Robert helps the firm and its clients adopt AI responsibly, guiding healthcare organizations across the country through practical, governed implementation.

Robert holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Michigan. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and AI Governance Professional (AIGP), and maintains more than 13 Epic certifications.
