Alexander Eroe is an accomplished staffing industry executive with over 13 years of experience. During the beginning of his career Alexander started off as a lead business development and staffing executive launching an EHR-focused managed services firm as a joint venture with the innovations board of Lancaster General Health specializing in Tier 1, 2 and 3 application support for health systems in Madison, Wisconsin. In addition, the firm offered physician concierge support, as well as optimization services and outsourced build services.

With his contributions the firm was staffed with former Epic employees, business and clinical operators, and IT professionals, delivered remarkable savings and breakthroughs for multiple Epic customers. The managed services firm was acquired in 2018 to create a Provider Managed Services Practice which was later acquired in 2021 by a company designed to provide next generation technologies and services to the health care sector, launched with support from Providence, one of the nation’s largest health systems.

Furthering his career as a lead technical recruiter Alexander has focused on recognizing and creating value in the Healthcare IT Services business by valuing people. He has found success in establishing partnerships with prominent health systems and talent across the country. Mr. Eroe partners with his clients to plan strategic IT projects and deploys strong financially viable IT Project and Support Teams for hospitals.
