Kelly is certified in EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Clinical Documentation, EpicCare Procedure Orders, HOD (Hospital Outpatient Departments), ASAP (Emergency Department), Beacon (Oncology), Security Coordinator, SmartForms, and Chronical Install Utilities with additional experience in MyChart, Decision Support, Radiant, Resolute HB and PB, Reporting Workbench, OpTime, Cadence, and Grand Central ADT. She is experienced in hospital and clinic workflow analysis, extensive technical build configuration, application and integrated testing, system end user training, software implementation, end user support, and optimization projects. She’s also experienced in leading successful full-implementation strategies for hospitals and clinics, Community Connect, and Affiliate rollouts.
