Ryan is a seasoned implementation, consulting, and program management leader with over 11 years of experience in leading software implementation, process improvement initiatives, and technology transformation for managed care organizations. Throughout his career, Ryan has managed implementations for multiple health plan organizations, most recently serving as a Consulting Director and Business Architect, delivering a new enrollment and billing solution for the sixth largest health plan in the United States by market share.

Ryan has extensive experience with Epic Tapestry and maintains certification in all Tapestry modules including Eligibility and Enrollment, Premium Billing, CRM, Accounts Payable, Claims, Contracts, Utilization Management, and Benefits Engine.
